Q: I get a error "cant connect with the authentication server". What does that mean?
A: The steam authentication server (server which checks if your serial number is a correct one) is down or overloaded. Just wait for a while, usualy arround 10 minutes and then try to connect again.
Q: I can't login to my steamaccount?
A: Big chance that the steam network is down due to overload or maintanance. Try again in a few minutes or a day.

Q: Where can i view my stats?
A: We have 2 different stats, PsychoStats (on site) and AMX (on server). PsychoStats can be viewed by clicking on Counterstrike then Top100 in the navigation menu and AMX stats can be viewed while playing. Typ /top15 or /rank in /say.
Q: The server is very laggy, what should i do?
A: This is not lag! It is called choke! The reason you get choke is because your computer can't keep up with the server. What you can do is typing in console rate 20000 and cl_rate 20000 (if you have atleast a 2,5 GHZ processor and atleast a 64MB videocard, lesser then that and you have to decrease the ratelevel to 15000). The rate level gets overwritten by the server after each mapchange so you have to change it manually. Also a possibillity is you can edit your config.cfg in your cstrike folder and add the ratelevels there and set the config.cfg to read only.
Q: The menus on the site are overlapping everything. Why is that?
A: Change the resolution of your desktop to at least 1280 X 768 to prevent this.
Q: Everytime i visit i need to login. I know for sure that i ticked the "remember me" button. How do i solve this?
A: Either you dont have cookies enabled or your browser is manually set to delete cookies after closing. Cookie's enabled is required to be remembered.
Q: Is this the only theme or can i select other themes?
A: On the main page, browse down untill on your right a menu appears which sais "select theme". There you can change your theme.
Q: Am i required to sign up in order to view the site?
A: No, but your functions will be limited. We strongly recommend you to sign up in order to view more of the site.
Q: The page wont load sometimes. What is wrong?
A: The most likely possibillity is that allot of users are contacting the site at the same time. Try again a few minutes later.
Q: How do i send a private message to a online user?
A: Click on the balloon next to there name and send your message.
Q: I found something i'd like to read more about it but i cant find it on the site anymore.

Q: How old do i need to be to join your clan?
A: We have a minimum age of 16 years old.
Q: Is it required to sign up before i can join the clan?
A: Yes, membership on this site is required before you can join the clan.
Q: How long do i need to play on the server before i can join your clan?
A: You need to be a regular, and by regular we mean that you should be on the server several times a week, it is not required every day, but 2 times a week is not too much to ask.
Q: Is there a langual aspect?
A: Yes there is. You need the dutch or belgian nationality in order to join our clan. Which means, you need to speak dutch.
Q: What skills do i need to get in the clan?
A: The minimum requirement is that you are in our top100 (which isn't that hard) and you can find that under the submenu Counterstrike in the navigation menu.
Q: Where can i sign up for a clanjoin?
A: Currently there is no sign-up we will roster our own clanmembers. So clanjoin is only possible if you're invited by "Het Bestuur"
Q: Is there anything else i need to know?
A: Yes there is. Dont behave childish, don't swear alot and most important; be a nice dude, so dont annoy people.
